I liked that the office is clean and the staff are friendly. They explained everything clearly and asked if I wanted to get any vaccines without any pressure. They knew what they were doing. The doctor was friendly, straightforward, and got right to the point. She asked if I needed more information or any other help. She also called me after my test results to explain the couple of issues she found. I really appreciated that she recommended a nutritionist, which is something I've always wanted.

Very disappointing experience. The doctor was over an hour late to my first appointment with no update until I went to the lobby to ask what was happening. The visit itself was reasonably thorough, though the bedside manner was mediocre.
The phlebotomist was visibly sick, coughing and sneezing without a mask, and there were no masks readily available for patients. I developed a cold about a day later despite rarely getting sick.
The biggest issue is the follow-up and billing. Over a month later, I still have not received my apnea test results or been contacted to review my labs. When I called, I was told I needed to speak with the doctor. I specifically asked if I would be charged and was told no. The call lasted about five minutes, provided no results, and I was billed for it anyway. Poor communication and follow-through overall.

I had a very positive experience with Baker Health. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive from start to finish. The service was efficient and prompt, with minimal waiting time, and the entire process was well organized.
