He received his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from the California College of Podiatric Medicine in 1983 and completed his residency training at Monsignor Clement Kern Hospital. Dr. Levine has extensive experience treating a wide range of foot and ankle conditions and has a particular clinical interest in wound healing. He is known for utilizing advanced treatment techniques such as topical hyperbaric oxygen wound therapy. As the founder of Harbor Foot & Ankle Podiatric Medical Group in 1987, Dr. Levine has been a dedicated leader in podiatric care. In addition to private practice, he served as Director of Podiatric Residency and Medical Education at the Pacific Hospital of Long Beach, and has held positions on both the teaching and attending staff. Dr. Levine is an examiner for the Podiatric Medical Board of California, having been an expert witness and having served as a consultant to several corporations over the years. Dr. Levine has authored multiple publications and has received national recognition for his scholarly contributions to podiatric medicine. He is board certified in foot surgery by ABFAS® and continues to provide expert, compassionate care in Southern California. Outside of his clinical work, Dr. Levine enjoys skiing, physical conditioning, and scuba diving—he is a certified DiveMaster. He also breeds Cane Corso dogs and values a lifestyle grounded in discipline and activity.
