Hello, I'm Dr. Bruna Jebelev.
I’m a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with fellowship training in Nephrology, and I care for patients in both English and Spanish.
I built this practice around a simple belief: patients deserve direct access to their doctor, enough time to be heard, and a physician who truly knows them.
We are a membership-based Direct Primary Care (DPC) Practice. We do not bill insurance, it's self-pay only.
·You pay a flat monthly membership fee: from $125, depending on your age.
·There are no copays.
·There are no visit limits.
·Most primary care services are included.
·You communicate directly with your physician.
· If you are a member, you can book a free visit at any time. If you are not a member, we will charge a fee of $179, which covers the visit and one follow-up appointment.
· We offer an annual physical exam for $179 - includes full panel labs and a follow-up appointment.
