I'm Dr. Cameron Alldredge, a licensed clinical psychologist with a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Brigham Young University.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I maintain a small caseload of patients as the majority of my time is spent teaching psychology classes at Baylor University, conducting clinical research, and completing forensic evaluations. I enjoy working with individuals who are interested in a solution-focused approach across a wide range of issues. I am the postdoctoral fellow in the Mind-Body Medicine Research Laboratory at Baylor University which is one of the world-leading research labs for clinical hypnosis and hypnotherapy. I have expertise in clinical hypnosis and employ other methods to utilize non-ordinary states of consciousness in treatment.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I typically meet with patients once per week a for one-hour session. My approach is solution-focused and I enjoy tailoring the treatment based on what concerns are present.
