I was very pleased with the total experience. From start to finish - there was private parking - the office itself was very pleasant with a comfortable reception area - all of the staff and assistants were very professional and competent - and, Dr Rowen was personable and professional. The experience will welcome being repeated.

Dr. Rowan was extremely knowledgable and patient. He took the time to explain complicated medical terms with easy to understand examples and diagrams. The office staff was professional and courteous. An overall pleasant experience!

My visit with Dr Rowan and his staff was the best doctor experience I've had in years. Using ZocDoc I was able to get an appointment quickly. When I arrived for my appointment I was seen on time! No waiting! That's something of a miracle in itself, and I think it is just one of the many indications of the respect Dr Rowan has for his patients (as well as a sign of a well organized office). My eyelid needed immediate treatment, using local anesthetic and incisions, and he did the procedure during this same appointment. Dr Rowan's approach is warm and caring (which is a refreshing change from the detached, mechanical approach I've seen so much in doctors). His staff is also warm and attentive. And my eye is healing nicely. Totally a 5 star experience - from start to finish. I've already recommended him to family and friends.
