ABOUT ME I am a licensed clinical psychologist based in Calabasas, CA, and see clients online throughout the state. I work with high-achieving women who are experiencing stress, depression, anxiety, pregnancy, and postpartum challenges. As the author of *Reclaim Your Life: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)*, I specialize in ACT. ACT helps people learn skills such as mindfulness and compassion to handle difficult thoughts and feelings so they can take action to reclaim their life. I earned my PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, a Master's in Psychology in Education from Columbia University, and my Bachelor's degree from Santa Clara University. I also completed an internship at Santa Ana College. I am an Adjunct Professor and Adjunct Clinical Supervisor at Pepperdine University's Graduate School of Education and Psychology. When I'm not working with clients, teaching, or supervising, you can find me meditating, practicing yoga, spinning, reading, journaling, going on adventures with my husband and daughter, or playing with our dog.
