Dr. Germinario is very very friendly and professional. Office staff is wonderful and helpful as well! Great experience ! If there was one thing I could change, it would be her office hours to either having early appointments (around 7:30/8) or having later hours ! Unfortunately, with my working schedule, I would have to go to work late for each appointment. Other than that, I would highly recommend this doctor and office!

Horrible! I will never go back! I’m a nurse and was looking for primary doctor for an annual check up and after I’ve done my research I finally decided to give her a try. From the time the tech took my vitals it already took me half an hr of waiting before seeing the doctor, but I was fine with that because as a nurse I understand that they can be very busy especially on the day before a long holiday weekend. She went through my history and asked me if there’s anything that is bothering me right now so I told her about my suspected hemorrhoids which started when I got pregnant, she offered to check on me, asked me to remove my clothing from waist down and gave me a covering pad which I did, this time I had to wait for another 20 mins, after another long wait, another tech came to me saying that I can now dress up and she will just send the rx to my pharmacy. I was like “She was supposed to come back for me to check something that’s why she asked me to uncover my self” and the tech who I think doesn’t really care replied by saying “She said you’re good to go.” So I dressed up, went to the front desk, settled what I had to settle before going and told a guy (he is one of those who are at the desks, very helpful) what just happened and he was like, “Let me ask her if she can see you now because I think she is done with her patients” To be honest at this point I was no longer interested if she would still want to check on me as I had to rush because I left my two kids with a babysitter at home that has to leave in a few minutes”. But since this good guy was really concerned about me he still went to Dr. Germinario and maybe told her about my concern, but the guy came back to me and said the same thing that the other tech told me before, that I am good to go and and that she will just send the rx to the pharmacy. Dr. Germinario didn’t care and didn’t even apologize that I had to wait for nothing. If she forgot about me okay, I’ll accept it at least she apologized but she didn’t! This guy had no choice but to just relay the msg to me even if he thinks that it doesn’t seem right. But I really appreciated this guy because I could see in his eyes that he cares and I knew that he felt bad for me. Now I have to look for another doctor. I hope I don’t get to work with her one day because it will just remind me about a very bad experience.

Dr. Germinario is very knowledgeable, professional, down to earth and sweet. I didn't need to wait too long before being seen. I appreciate that she cared for my well being and pointing me in the right direction to treat my spine problem. My only disappoints, one of them to no real fault of their own, is the orthopedic they referred me to does not treat problems of the spine. I also was not given all of the scripts for medications discussed for the exception of one, which I left a voicemail in hope they can fax what was not given to me before leaving over to my pharmacy.

Went as a new patient with a list of concerns. None were addressed and I wasn’t examined. Wasn’t aware this was more like a health clinic. Staff was extremely rude and condescending to me and other patients.

It started with her staff. When I arrived, I stood at the receptionist window to let them know I had arrived. The lady sitting closest to the window, looked up at me and continued a conversation with the remaining staff. No "hi", "can you give a second", nothing. I finally interrupted their conversation to let them know I was had an appointment. To then she gave me standard forms to complete, I was seen my the nurse about 15 minutes after followed by the Doctor. Although, I enjoyed her bed side manner, I still will not recommend her to anyone for the simple fact that she just likes to milk the insurance. I went in for a my annual physical and the first time she "consulted me", the second visit she did blood work, the 3rd visit was sharing the results of the blood work. , the 4th was supposed to be the actual physical but then her office called me that they wanted to do additional blood work and that it as going to have to be pushed back and I just gave up and decided not to go back. The point of an annual physical is to do all the exams then and there, this shouldn't have taken possibly 5 visits to just do a physical. The day she wanted to share the blood work with me she should of conducted the exam. It's hard I work full time and I can't take off nearly 5 days all in 2 week or less increments. Stop juicing the insurance and get your patients out the door quickly.

The doctor herself is sweet and helpful - it's the office staff thats a mess. Every time I've made an appointment through ZocDoc for Germanario, I ALWAYS get a call from the office staff either telling me the doctor isn't in that office on the day that I booked or the doctor is on vacation or the doctor won't be in at that time. I always either have to go to a farther location or reschedule to a different, later time. Apparently they don't keep their Zocdoc schedules up to date, which is a bit of a disappointment because you never know if the appointment you booked will be the appointment you wind up with after its all said and done.
