“My experience is/has always been good. The time of year you have an appointment is important. Somehow my yearly exams have fallen at the end of the calendar year and that is the busiest time in their office due to people trying to meet their FSA/HSA before year’s end. However even with the madness of customers everywhere the staff is still very pleasant and helpful.”
