What is your typical process for working with clients?

As a therapist, I seek to initially understand the client's presenting issues, personal history, and goals for therapy. This helps me tailor my approach to their specific needs. I like to create a safe and non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and emotions. Together with the client, I identify specific and realistic goals for therapy. This provides a roadmap for our work and allows us to track progress over time. I employ evidence-based therapeutic interventions based on the client's needs. Creating a safe environment is very important. I will routinely check in with clients to assess progress or address changes that might need to be made
