Unfortunately, I felt extremely invalidated during my visit and completely unheard. Essentially the symptoms and questions that I had were not truly listened to and I left with more questions and concerns than answers. Usually this office is always caring and has taken the time to listen in years past, but my experience today was vastly different than previous visits. Will be rebooking with another provider to follow up on my initial concerns as they were not addressed nor followed up on in any way.

Carolyn and her staff were so welcoming! I was seen very quickly, but did not feel like I was being rushed around. Everyone was very attentive. I felt well cared for during my visit!

Love that there were 2 booths with tables to sit in to get work done (though the wait wasn’t long). Staff was friendly and got me checked in seamlessly. Dr. Huang listened, didn’t rush, and gave me great info on my care. Very happy to have found this clinic and doctor!

Carolyn was great! She really explained everything and was very helpful. The office staff though wasn’t great. They were very confusing and told me my insurance was not accepted even though it was accepted by the provider.

Dr. Huang was amazing.
The rest of the staff was less so…The receptionist was late coming back from lunch so the doors were locked until about a minute before my appointment was supposed to start. She also booked me with the wrong doctor and completely wrong appointment for a follow up when I was leaving. Which I did not realize until a few days later.
The nursing assistant who did my intake was also pretty unprofessional as well. Seemed genuinely shocked someone would be looking for an IUD and made inappropriate remarks about how she “understands that its not fun” and “hates when her clothes feel too tight” when I asked that she not tell me my weight as I have a history of ED and that weighing myself was a trigger….
I was honestly about to book it out of the room and just rebook at my old place (who are out of network) but the literally second Dr. Huang came in I was immediately calmed. Great bedside manner and truly compassionate and very easy to talk to.

the doctor ordered a blood draw for testing. the sample was not collected properly so I needed to do another draw. the medical assistant assumed what test I needed and sent me the wrong kit. I got my blood drawn again and then was told it was the wrong kit and that I would need to do it a third time. I asked to speak with the doctor. the medical assistant said the doctor would call me. I got a notification in the app that the doctor completed a visit with me which was not true because she had not called or messaged me. I would not recommend this clinic.

The check in process was easy, they called me back to be seen almost immediately. I really appreciated that they listened to what my intentions for the appointment were, didn’t force any additional steps, and that Dr. Huang really listened to what I was explaining I have been experiencing and adjusted our plan and the appointment based on our discussion. It can be pretty hard to find a good doctor when you’re new to the area, especially an OB-GYN. I felt comfortable and plan to become a regular patient. They also got me an appointment very quickly which I really appreciated.

This was my first visit with Dr. Huang after recently moving to Denver. She was excellent. She was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, listened patiently to all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed or silly for asking anything. Great overall experience. Highly recommend!
