“They operated like a well oiled machine. Check in was quick and easy. The building was easy to navigate. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were constantly calling peoples names so no one seemed like they were waiting very long. I was seen exactly when my appointment was and did not wait long for my doctor to come in once I was called. Dr. Smith was so nice and made me feel super comfortable. She asked if it was alright to record our appointment, I was and I have to say I found it helpful because she then gave me 100% of her attention as opposed to focusing on a computer to take notes the whole time. All the tests, labs, ultrasounds that she ordered happened quickly and I didn’t have to wait long which was nice and she followed up about each as the results came in. My experience at UChicagoMedicine and with Dr. Smith was very positive. I will definitely go back and would recommend to others. ”

I went to Dr. Smith to discuss new birth control options. She took her time to go through everything that was available to me and then went back to review what she thought would be best, talking through the pros and cons of each. She really took her time to make sure I was confident and comfortable with the next steps. I have seen other doctors in this office and the facility and staff are always fantastic.

I was really nervous for my appointment but it went smoothly and Dr. Smith made me feel so at ease and explained everything she was going to do. The only problem I had was I forgot I had to go to the checkout counter before having my blood drawn so sat there for a while but that’s probably my fault. So make sure after you’re seen to go to the checkout counter prior to labs.
