About Cassandra Baier
Cassandra Baier is a physician assistant certified by the NCCPA (National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants). She attended James Madison University, graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology. She earned her Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she completed her master's thesis on the effects of narrowband phototherapy combined with different nonsteroidal topicals for the treatment of vitiligo.
Before specializing in dermatology, Cassandra gained experience in adult and pediatric inpatient medicine. She values continuing medical education and has actively participated on committees in the inpatient setting. Cassandra is committed to personalized care and fosters an open, comfortable environment for all patients. She has a special interest in pediatric dermatology, pigmentary disorders, and preventative skin care screening.
Cassandra is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Pennsylvania Society of Physician Assistants, and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
Outside of the office, Cassandra enjoys the great outdoors, dancing, running, and spending quality time with her husband, family, and friends.

The doctor was very attentive to all the concerns I had about my teen. Also, she helped me find a pharmacy that would accept my insurance for the medicine that was extremely expensive when my primary prescribed it for a skin condition. This effort to go above and beyond is much appreciated.
