Dr. Lawless was great! She asked a lot of questions about how I felt, the difficulties I was currently having, etc. She took the time to explain why these things are happening.
She was very focused on making sure I got the best prescription for my needs.
Her « bedside manner » was exemplary. Very kind , very soft spoken.
She put me at ease within minutes.
I highly recommend Dr. Lawless!

The Doctor is great, but the front office I wasn't happy because I had asked when checked in about may insurance. No one informed me me I was self pay and I have cordage and listed on network and after check I was inform not covered when I had asked before because I need to know I am on Limited income with SSI Check so why I asks other then that it was good just front desk rep wasn't perfusion not even answering the call and I believe they would need replace her or more training. Seem frustrated unable handle Muti task nor front ( She was young short young girls with short blond hair and glasses)
