I have extensive experience working with survivors of violence, severe mental illness, PTSD, and anxiety, and I’m committed to providing care that respects your individual and cultural identity. Together, we will work through your challenges, focusing on healing and growth, and ensuring you feel understood and valued beyond just a mental health diagnosis.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

At Everyday Superheroes Coaching Inc., the mental health and telemedicine firm I am a part of, the process begins with a consultation through our client care associate, who will help you set up your member portal and guide you through your options. Once connected, you’ll meet with me for an initial assessment, where we’ll explore your unique needs, concerns, and goals. During our sessions, I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic, and trauma-focused techniques to tailor our work to your specific situation. A typical session is collaborative and supportive, where we focus on unpacking the underlying issues, developing coping strategies, and making progress toward your goals. Whether we’re working on managing anxiety, healing from trauma, or addressing other mental health challenges, my approach is designed to ensure you feel understood, respected, and empowered throughout your healing journey.
