About Dr. Catherine Arnold
Dr. Catherine Arnold is a Virginia Beach native committed to providing her community with excellent chiropractic care. An avid multi-sport athlete since childhood, Dr. Arnold became fascinated with how the human body works after a soccer injury at 12 years old and she began seeing a chiropractor. Her passion for learning, love of human anatomy, and athletic history, naturally drew her into healthcare.
After graduating from Ocean Lakes High School Dr. Arnold attended Longwood University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in athletic training. She enjoyed working with CHKD for 5 years as an athletic trainer in local middle and high schools but wanted to be able to provide even more services to local athletes and families.
In 2021 Dr. Arnold began attending Palmer College of Chiropractic. While in school she continued to work as an athletic trainer, and in 2024 she graduated with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree and joined Commonwealth Chiropractic.
Personally, Dr. Arnold enjoys CrossFit, running, going to the beach, watching sports, taking Miller, her miniature Australian Shepherd for hikes and walks on the beach, and spending time with her husband Jordan.

I will not be using this provider o should up s couple minutes late and was told the provider will not see me because I thought my appointment was 3pm and I was told my appointment was 2:45pm I was there at 3pm and then was told I would be seen because I was 15 minutes late, I drove 48 miles to get there and was told I wouldn't be seen I will not recommend this provider to anyone I know

My visit was great. Dr. Arnold is amazing, and very helpful with adjusting me, and making me feel better. All of the staff here are very nice and helpful. I don't have any allergy issues anyone since coming here. I recommend coming to see. Dr. Arnold and Dr. McAuliffe, they are great and will help you get healthy.

Dr. Arnold is fantastic. I came to this practice approximately four weeks ago and I had excruciating back pain. Dr. Arnold diagnosed the problem & created a treatment pln. My pain has now improved dramatically. I highly recommend Dr. Arnold and Commonwealth Chirppractic!

Dr. Arnold has done WONDERS for me! I've been seeing her since Oct. and my chronic pain is managed the best its ever been. She asks genuine questions and makes sure to address all issues. She won't let me leave if I'm unsatisfied and still uncomfortable. She's truly the best Chiro I've ever seen! Recommend 100%

I love that Dr. Arnold LISTENED to my medical issues and I've been moving better and there is hardly any pain anymore when I'm adjusted. I will always recommend Dr. Arnold. She listens and understands to your problems.

Dr Arnold has worked wonders for me. The first time I saw her I couldn't stand upright & was in debititating pain. She has helped me to be pain free & I'm able to stand upright once again. I've told her she's a miracle worker.

Dr. Arnold adjusted me throughout pregnancy & post partum. She was always asking what I needed and helped a lot! She also started adjusting my son at 3 weeks old & it has been so helpful!
