From our first meeting, she was on time for my appointment, and really took the time and attention to listen to what my issues were, and come up with treatments that would help address my concerns. I have been to chiropractors that feel so transactional—- come in, get adjusted, and leave— this is NOT the case with Dr. Grimes. She is attentive, intentional, and also extremely friendly! I felt so comfortable with her immediately.

About Dr. Catherine Grimes
Dr. Catherine Grimes, Doctor of Chiropractic, earned her degree from Southern California University of Health Sciences and Los Angeles College of Chiropractic. She uses a variety of treatment styles and techniques to help her patients recover, including soft tissue therapies and adjusting methods. Dr. Cat is certified in the Webster technique, a specialized chiropractic approach designed for the perinatal population, as well as Active Release Technique, a soft tissue treatment aimed at improving muscle function throughout the body. She believes in an active approach to care and encourages her patients to be involved in their treatment plans as much as possible. Passionate about education, Dr. Cat focuses on teaching patients how to prevent future injuries and live healthier lifestyles, with the goal of getting them back to their normal routines.

Dr. Grimes leaves me feeling so great after my visits. She always gets a read for how I’m feeling and where my aches and pains are located so she can tailor my adjustments better. I like that she’ll give me useful exercises for strengthening and improving imbalances I may have so I can supplement my workouts. Thanks for the attentiveness and laughs Dr. Grimes!

I went in today last minute with no appointment and Dr.Grimes was able to fit me into her schedule right away! Honestly the best experience I’ve had with a chiropractor in a while. She was also able to resolve my pain right away. Super friendly and patient!! Highly recommend

Catherine is amazing - she's helped me already with a neck injury from only 2 appointments. Having been a ballet dancer for 18 years with a lot of physical therapy, I can safely say she's trustworthy and so helpful.

Dr. Grimes is an excellent provider! Not only is she knowledgeable about and able to explain the “why” behind my treatments but she is also gentle on my adjustments and leaves me feeling loose like silly putty when I walk out of her room. Not to mention, she has a great sense of humor which helps me get through the more challenging parts of my treatment. I enjoy making her a part of my week and have recommended her to all my friends!

I saw Dr. Grimes in preparation for an upcoming race with various complaints. Within two sessions she had me feeling so much relief. We worked on creating a targeted plan based on my needs that was effective and flexible, two characteristics I look for in a provider. Well after the race I continued to see Dr. Grimes weekly to help with everyday aches and pains; I can confidently say seeing her was one of the highlights of my week! She always had great suggestions and was super easy to talk to. I would highly recommend seeing her if you are looking for quick relief and a provider that truly listens to you!

Dr. Grimes is very friendly and kind. She is very technical, supportive, well rounded, amazing and down to earth doctor. She is also a mentor.
I would highly recommend Dr. Grimes to anyone who needs adjustments for his/her pain and discomfort.
