“Honestly great experience. Easy to find. Easy to park. I was seen quickly. One of the receptionists seems a little new, but the one who helped me was great. She had a nameplate necklace but unfortunately I don’t remember her name! Doctor checked my eyes well and and answered my questions that I asked. She did recommend I look at frames in store cause the online numbers aren’t completely accurate but my insurance doesn’t covers much and their frames at that price range are limited and not what I wanted. So instead I got my PPD measured by the receptionist and I’ll order mine online. But I’ve got an appt booked for next year. ”

About Dr. Catherine Huang
Dr. Catherine Huang is an Orange County native. She received her Bachelor of Science in General Biology and her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from UC San Diego. She completed her doctorate and residency in Primary Eye Care/Cornea and Contact Lenses from UC Berkeley School of Optometry. She specializes in fitting scleral lenses for various corneal conditions and is glaucoma certified. Dr. Huang is a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and a member of the International Keratoconus Academy. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with her husband, son and golden retriever.

I had a pleasant experience. Dr. Huang was very helpful and patient with me when answering my questions during my appointment. I appreciated that she showed me my scans/images and explained what is going on. I like to know these things. She got me all set up with everything I needed. Office staff were all nice and friendly. When ordering contacts, you can get it shipped to your house for free so you don't need to make an extra trip to go pick it up.
