Psychologist
CA
Welcome, and thank you for your interest in therapy. Life can be challenging. We live in a complex society that often leads to stress and a sense of being overwhelmed. We may feel trapped in certain patterns of behavior and roles, losing connection to our true identity. It can seem like we lose the power to make informed decisions and instead react impulsively. Whatever brings you to explore therapy, I'm glad you are taking this time for yourself. I have witnessed the powerful transformation that can occur even in a single session. What once felt overwhelming can become a simple memory that no longer triggers a strong, defeating emotional response. I draw upon my extensive training and clinical background, including my PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University, to provide both traditional and progressive therapy practices. This allows me to create customized, holistic healing solutions so clients feel immediate relief from their symptoms. I am especially excited to offer Acceptance and Integration Training (AAIT), a progressive therapy that fosters immediate awareness that real change is possible. With consistent practice, clients achieve greater enjoyment in life. Growing up, my parents often told me that if I loved what I did for a living, I would never work a day in my life. From a young age, I was drawn to psychology, inspired by a close connection who advanced their career first as a Marriage and Family Therapist and then as a Ph.D. Clinical Psychologist. Through this person, I was fortunate to meet many wonderful mental health practitioners. My passion for psychology deepened as I engaged in diverse training with experts dedicated to supporting people in changing their lives for the better.
