I don't have anything negative to say about the doctor himself. Unfortunatley I never had a chance to meet him. My appointment was never booked because the receptionist says they don't use Zocdoc to make appointments (yet they have openings that appear on the site with appointment times) and their working on I guess getting off Zocdoc. I drove all the way to Beverly paid the meter for parking only to be told by the receptionist that I don't have an appointment. Talk about highly upset! I told her they really need to get there information off of Zocdoc if they don't use the site It's such an inconvience to patients who think that they will be seen by the doctor, only to be turned right around at the door, but hey maybe it was a sign. Everything is soo outdated & I do mean EVERYTHING. I didn't see what the patient rooms looked like, but I'm sure most likely it looked like the outside & the waitng area. Wish I was able to meet the doctor. He looked like a friendly caring physician.

Would never book here again. I arrived at my appointment and they knew nothing of my appointment. The doctor was out of town for two weeks and the receptionist wasn’t there. I confirmed this appointment 3 times and even called and left the office a message two days before my appointment and nothing. Poor communication and poor management.

Very dissatisfied. I booked this appointment last Thursday and get there to be looked at crazy by the front desk receptionist and told that I must have booked through ZocDoc and that the doctor is out until Monday on vacation and that he is fully booked until God knows when even after vacation. Unprofessional to have availability open for booking on ZocDoc and to still have availability open even after knowing he is unavailable.
