About Dr. Charles E. Kesner
Dr. Charles E. Kesner II is dedicated to providing the highest level of eye health care. Dr. Kesner obtained his bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona and was awarded his optometry degree from the University of Missouri-School of Optometry. During his tenure at the University of Missouri, Dr. Kesner completed optometric externships in neuro-ophthalmic, retinal, corneal, glaucoma and cataract training. His
additional externships include training in specialty contact lenses and vision therapy. Dr. Kesner has been a resident of the East Valley for decades. He is a member of the Arizona Optometric Association.

I had a good experience with this optometrist. The office was nice. Tge staff was helpful. Tge Dr was friendly and personable.
I have medicare and a secondary insurance through my wife but I still had t pay a copay because of tge tests that they did. However it was voluntary, tgey offered aborger alternative to avoid tge extra co pay so tgat was nice.

Dr is wonderful! I do not like the set up to purchase glasses. Never understand if they are trying to upsell or the frames are so expensive. However, Dr is great. I try and go someplace else to purchase frames .
