Undergraduate Education: University of Maryland, Bachelor's of Science; Optometry School: Southern College of Optometry; Professional Achievements and Associations: Maryland Optometric Association, American Optometric Association, Fellowship College of Optometry in Vision Development, Fellowship Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation Association; Clinical Certifications and Specialities: behavioral/developmental vision, contact lenses, Lasik co-management; The reason I became an optometrist is because I saw my optometrist from 4th grade and every year after that due to my progressive myopia. I looked up and respected him and thought this is what I want to do for the rest of my life. To be able to help people see clearer and function better in this world is very fulfilling. In my spare time, I enjoy Crossfit, golf, and being with my wife! My favorite part of helping my patients is to be able to function better in their day to day activities.
