About Dr. Charles Nicolai
Dr. Charles V. Nicolai is a Doctor of Chiropractic with over 25 years of clinical experience. Dr. Nicolai graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. He is Licensed and Board Certified in the State of New York. He has completed rigorous state and national board examinations as well as numerous advanced continuing education programs. He shares his passion for health and wellness with two of his brothers, also Doctors of Chiropractic. Dr. Nicolai is a former competitive tri-athlete. He has trained with and treated world class athletes, dancers, business professionals and executives, families and patients of all ages. Overcoming a serious accident himself, he appreciates the importance of feeling your best, especially when your life and the lives around you are affected by an injury.

Dr Nicolai had a very warm, personable and supportive. He explained everything he was doing in a way that I could understand. He was very reassuring. The treatment room was very comfortable and enabled me to relax into the therapy. My whole experience was very positive. I’ll be going back in two weeks. I’m confident Dr Nicolai will help me fully address my shoulder and neck issues. Could think of a better person to be on my journey with.

This was my first visit with Dr. Nicolai. He was personable and I could tell he really loves his job. I hadn’t been to the chiro in over 10 years and felt great after initial adjustments. First time coming here and I’m so glad I decided to come. Staff are friendly, the atmosphere is nice and the doctor himself is very knowledgeable. He diagnoses my problems and explains how the process would be. He always tells me the next step in the treatment and being very careful during the whole process . He and his assistant are very patient when I explain my concerns or have questions. I would definitely recommend Dr. Nicolai and his team.
I am now feeling better but still have to go back for more treatments. I’m pretty hopeful that I will be fully recovered very soon.

Really amazing service all around. I suffer from serious pain at the base of my neck and in my thoracic spine thanks to an office job, and coming here has been a nothing short of life saving. Sounds dramatic, but not being in pain after a year of struggling with stiffness brought me nearly to tears. The team here is truly outstanding, they really care about you as a whole person. Could not recommend enough.

Dr. Nicolai is an amazing professional. I suffered a back injury some two months ago and, which left me pretty much paralyzed for a few days. The pain was excruciating and I was growing really desperate, as I thought I would be suffering forever from it. Thanks to Dr. Nicolai's care and support, I'm able to walk fairly well and, every week I've visited him, I've noticed gradual improvement. What's more, however, Dr. Nicolai has taken his time to explain my condition, offer an assessment as to whether chiropractic care might be a good fit for me, and go through the basic steps to protect my back from further injury. He is an excellent doctor.
