What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical session would include an initial evaluation resulting in a treatment plan. A typical session would include evidence based treatment with a Cognitive Behavior Therapy, (CBT), workbook done between sessions for homework. We would go over this work. Hypnotherapy designed to reduce anxiety, depression or Post Traumatic Stress with the Rewind Technique may also be done with a discussion after the session on what worked best.
