About Dr. Chelsea Cusenza
Dr. Chelsea Levine-Cusenza is Dr. Levine's youngest daughter who joined the Levine Eye Center summer 2015 after graduating from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in May. Before attending PCO she received a Bachelor of Arts in biology from the University of Scranton. After many successful rotations during her academic career, she is excited to finally be home and able to join in her family's practice.
Outside the field of optometry, Dr. Cusenza has been an avid horseback rider since she was five and was even the captain of her college's equestrian team. She has continued with her passion throughout her years at school and continues to ride and compete on the Hunter/Jumper circuit.

Every employee here was sick. Multiple had sniffles and a cough. They must not have an adequate sick leave policy, and I got sick a few days after.

This was my 5 year old first eye exam and the staff were very kid friendly. The doctor took her time and explained things to my daughter so she would not be afraid. The staff was very patient with her as well.

This is a really nice place for eye care. Dr. Cusenza is very professional and explains everything she is doing . The staff is all very nice and they have a great selection of frames. I would definitely recommend this place.

I had the pleasure of being taken care by Dr. Cusenza for the past 6 years and it has been a thorough visit every time ! The front desk is very pleasant and knowledgeable and they have such variety of glasses to choose from. I have bright other relatives and friends who have been well examined and had a great experience in their services. Highly recommend and she is really great with kids too !

I love a one stop shop! Medical tests along with routine vision services and a large eyeglass selection. Also, the whole staff is so nice and very helpful!
