Outside of bedside he was a great conversationalist and we found that we had some overlap in people and places. I highly recommend him if you want to be heard.”

Dr. Shah earned his Doctor of Medicine from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and is committed to delivering thoughtful, evidence-based care in a compassionate setting.

Dr. Shah spent an enormous about of time discussing the results of the exam and provided instructions on potential options for care.
He has great bedside manner and for meeting him for the first time I felt very comfortable.

Dr. Shah's office saw me over a month ago and overcharged me. I asked them to please charge me AFTER processing the claim with insurance. They did not listen to me and owe me a refund. Their office is unresponsive to emails after you visit the office. They did not provide me with copies of billing and receipt, until I insisted. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this office for its poor communications and billing issues. Also, they are the only medical office I've ever been to that requires you to leave a card on file.

Dr.Shah is amazingly knowledgeable and so friendly that you feel like you are talking to one of you family members, He even called and send messages to my cardiologist to schedule an appointment for me for clearance, the act that I was supposed to do. He spent extremely long time with me explaining my eyes problems and my options. Thank you so much Dr. Shah.

The doctor met me on a Saturday for emergency last minute laser surgery. Cannot say enough good things.. Even called me that evening to follow-up. Personally called my insurance to explain the procedure..this doctor went above and beyond the call of duty.. thank you so much!

Wow! What an awesome, refreshing experience. Greeted in person by Dr Shah. Offered water - flat or sparkling - nice! Great mid century modern office decor with Bossa nova music playing. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. I was listened to and felt confident that my problem was going to get fixed. A serandipitous late night online search for a provider who accepted Medicare and was near me + I got a next morning appointment. Amazing. Will definitely be recommending this ophthalmologist to family and friends. Thank you.

Had been very anxious about an injury I had to my eye, especially since I wasn't able to get looked at right away. Dr. Shah was very reassuring, and put me at ease. I was impressed with his level of care. He communicated very well, and gave insight as to what he was seeing. I feel pretty confident after my initial visit. I would highly recommend him to those I know and I look forward to being under his care.

I am extremely gteatful for Dr Shah who saw me in moments notice for my retinal detachment & immediately operated on me to fix the problem. I am glad sought Dr Shah’s help otherwise I would have lost my vision. I commend Dr Shah for his knowledge, skills and bedside manners. He spent ample time explaining the problem & answer all questions we had.

Dr. Shah made me feel heard and well taken care of. He was responsive and attentive to my concerns every step of the way. There was no wait time and the doctor himself walked me through everything I needed to know. I am so glad to have found him for my eye care.

Dr. Shah was amazing he was extremely sympathetic to my situation with my eyes. He reached out to get all information he needed prior to my appointment and answer any and all questions I had. He came in on a Saturday because my work schedule only allowed for Weekend Appointments.
Him and his safe were extremely nice and extremely helpful. The kindness I felt was overwhelming. I would recommend anyone and everyone who needs of optical care to make the call to his office for an appointment. You will experience a Dr Visit like no other.
He is extremely through and explains everything in a way you understand and not left with unanswered questions.
