Truly amazing doctor
Dr Guier was fantastic - thorough and explained his thoughts and diagnosis really simply and clearly. Highly recommended.
After cancelling an appointment and receiving confirmation of the cancellation, I was charged $75 for a no-show appointment. This was after attending 1 appointment where I was interrupted 5+ times by the staff to confirm another patients prescription. The doctor was ok but the office operations are subpar.
Dr. Guier is genius - secure him as your surgeon and doctor, now! He is brilliant and knows what he is doing. No matter the condition you presently have, he takes your entire body into consideration. He is a very kind and patient man, yet will fight for you all the way and make things happen. He will spend as much time as you need to express your concerns, guide you to the right treatment and rehabilitation, and continue to care for you until you are healed. I feel so lucky to have met this dr (under accidental circumstances) - I almost don't want to share San Francisco's best of the best - but please, treat yourself and get on his books.
Very patient and very thorough. He even noticed something wrong with my ankle and showed me how to fix it even though I was coming in for a knee injury.
Dr. Guier was awesome! He addressed my concerns and answered all of my questions, even things that didn't relate to my original issue. Highly recommend!
Very courteous and very patient; he attentively listened to my complaints; not for one moment did I feel rushed! Did a thorough examination; explained to me the problems in a way that I can understand; gave me ample time to ask questions. I felt very comfortable while being treated in his office; I must say I experienced virtually no pain during the treatment. Thank you Dr. Guier!
Dr. Guier is very gentle, patient, and extremely knowledgable. He was able to eliminate a lot of possibilities as to what was wrong, and he wanted to go a safe path without drugs and trying physical therapy before resorting to x-rays/MRIs, etc., which I appreciated. I wish he had been able to recommend a PT who takes my insurance, though, because now it's hard to track one down.
Scheduling was a bit of an issue (it happens), but glad I kept the appointment. Dr. Guier was super friendly, polite, helpful, and sympathetic to my condition. Will absolutely be following-up with him as I progress through my treatment.
