The receptionist and medical assistants were wonderful. The PA had the personality of a rock. He introduced himself and told me he would be dictating. That was fine but to not hardly speak to your patient is rude. He had not a clue I was a nurse but even if your having a rough day you need to be mindful we are your patients. If you aren't respectful of us then you won't have a business. It's such ashame to be treated as though you were taking up someone's time. Thank God for your reception area and your MAs. It's not like it was the end of the day I was there at 830 am.

Provider on staff today was fabulous. My only complaints were the wait time despite our appointment, and only 1 of the 2 prescriptions to my pharmacy.
