I am originally from New York but have lived in Maryland for most of my life. I am actively involved in my community through health teaching and participation in multiple nurse practitioner and healthcare organizations. I am a member of the American Nurse Practitioner Association and the Maryland Nurse Practitioner Association.
I have been in the healthcare field for 15 years and proudly served in the United States Navy and Air Force for a total of 11 years. I am a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) and earned my Master’s in Nursing from Walden University. My extensive experience has taught me what it takes to keep patients safe and healthy.
My clinic offers physicals, check-ups, sick visits, disease management, medical cannabis cards, COVID testing for travelers, and more. I also provide a patient portal for easy access to lab results and patient-provider communication. Patients can reach me via text or phone, making visits more personal and informative.
Outside of work, I enjoy dancing, watching movies, playing video games, and spending time with my family. I am a mother, veteran, wife, and dedicated professional.

She is not a Gyn doctor as the site stated. Did not find that out until I got to my appointment. Setup a Gyn appointment and verified it. Did not find out she was not a Gyn until almost the mid-end of my appointment. Was very disappointed.

Dr. Foreman and her assistants were great. They are a new office so you can tell they are still getting set up and trying to get things running but I can tell once they do this place will be great. Dr. Foreman is so friendly and makes you feel comfortable talking to (good or bad things ha)— for me that’s the most important part. Not only was she friendly but her students were as well and she ensured they knew exactly what they were doing.

There were two other practitioners in the office with Dr. Foreman when I was seen. It felt extremely impersonal, I felt like I was being judged and it just wasn’t a welcoming experience the way I feel it should be in a medical environment where there are concerns with your health.
