He also demonstrated active listening by summarizing what I was telling him (I’ve been told that I can be quite difficult to follow along with). I also appreciated that he was not dismissive or skeptical of my symptoms with his tone. It was thoughtful and clear that he was taking me seriously. I am welcoming new patients! I provide telehealth psychiatry, with 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up appointments. Visits include medication management along with supportive talk therapy, allowing time to understand what you're experiencing and develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs. My goal is to help you make meaningful progress toward better mental health. I lead with empathy, active listening, and respect for your individual needs and preferences. During your first appointment, we'll review your history together, discuss what you're hoping to accomplish, and develop a treatment plan. Our growing team allows us to provide greater availability for follow-up care while maintaining continuity throughout your treatment.
