“Overall good experience the only bummer was that they told me to come 30 minutes early so I did and ended up waiting for an hour and half. I had to leave work to go that early so I was disappointed to have to wait that long. Once I did get in tho it was great from there! ”

About Dr. Christopher Johnson
Dr. Johnson received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln, Nebraska. He went on to earn his Doctor of Optometry degree from Midwestern University - Arizona College of Optometry.
During his training, Dr. Johnson earned a prestigious designation of membership in the BSK International Optometric Honor Society. He served as President of the Sports Vision Club at Midwestern University. During his clinical externships throughout much of the Southwestern United States Dr. Johnson gained experience and clinical expertise in a wide variety of eye conditions including glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, binocular vision disorders, and pediatric eye care. He is instrumental in pre and post-operative care for many surgeries performed in our practice including Lasik and cataract surgery. Dr. Johnson is an expert in fitting glasses and contact lenses, including hard to fit multifocal and scleral contact lenses. Dr. Johnson is committed to excellence in eye care here in the valley.

Friendly staff, great experience with the doctor. All my concerns were addressed and I left with a diagnosis and treatment plan for my eye condition. Very happy with my visit. Although I made the appt, I still did have to wait for a while because the zocdoc appt I booked wasn’t actually available as it was shown online, but I didn’t mind waiting.

l went to all the trouble to fill out all the paperwork on this web site. they told me they don't use the document s on this site. plus l been there prior and they took my information. When l got there for my appointment early they wanted all my information again. l said no this is too much. fill out information 3 times no. plus the girls had no clue. No smiling not friendly sarcastic. l walked out. went to Southwest had no problems at all. they are chasing off business and front desk don't seam to care.

Dr. Johnson is amazing! Him and his staff were a lot more attentive than other eye doctors I've tried in Arizona. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great place to get glasses, contacts, and eye exams!

I was asked to arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork, but I was the first appointment after their office lunch break. The office was locked when I arrived and I waited in the parking lot. There was no reason to arrive early.
