“My overall experience was wonderful. The check-in process was smooth; I was seen in less than five minutes after checking in. The staff was awesome. Everyone was very sincere and polite, and I did not have any issues with anybody or anything. I received all the information I needed to help me with my reason for coming and I would definitely return to this location if needed. I left very optimistic and grateful to be assisted by such a great group of people. Thank you very much! ”

Dr. Christopher Looze has clinical expertise in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine. He currently practices at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center Orthopaedics situated in Baltimore, MD.
Dr. Looze has academic and practical experience that includes a residency in orthopedic surgery and an internship at New York University, Hospital for Joint Disease. Prior to this, he pursued his medical education from New York University. He is fellowship trained in orthopedic sports medicine at American Sports Medicine Institute. * The front desk staff were humble and helpful to complete necessary information and their instruction was clear and understandable.
* clinical staff including Orthopedic specialist were respectful to their patient, shows concern about my current medical condition, provided clear and proper instructions on what should be done currently and subsequent follow up.

Zocdoc does not have an option to choose the reason for visit if we visit the same Dr for a different issue. Also, some orthopedic, Sports Medicine Doctor treat foot injuries, whereas many does not. If Zocdoc has an option to choose an issue while booking an appointment, then it will help patients to choose the right doctors. There is no meaning for online appointments if the list of issues treated by the chosen doctor is not available.

I had a good experience overall with the office and with Dr. Looze. Everyone at the office was helpful and nice and the doctor was very professional and took the time to hear me out. I plan to return to the same doctor for my follow-up care.

It was overall okay of an experience. I waited quite a bit to see the doctor but I understand things get a bit hectic at times and appointments run behind. I just wish someone could have communicated with me that the doctor would see me soon - I was convinced they had forgotten about me for a bit.

Dr. Looze was very knowledgeable about sports related injuries. He reviewed X- Rays and completed a very thorough examination. I was seen right away. The office was friendly and efficient. I believe his prior athletic experiences contributed to his assessment. I would definitely recommend Dr Looze to any other athletes.

Dr. Looze did a great job with my shoulder. He wasn't pushy and he listened well. He offered options and carefully weighed the pros and cons with me. He came highly recommended by the physical therapists, who claim his patients do well in recovery.
