I took time out of my workday to step away and attend the scheduled video appointment however, the provider never joined the call. I remained logged in and waited approximately 35 minutes, anticipating that the appointment would begin, but no one appeared. This was particularly disappointing, as it took effort for me to step outside of my normal comfort zone to finally speak with someone about my mental health. To experience a no-show without any explanation, communication, or follow-up was discouraging. I would appreciate clarification on what occurred and guidance on how this will be addressed moving forward.
