Dr. Chike Okafor is a board-certified Family Medicine and Sports Medicine physician committed to providing care for the whole person and the whole family. Trained at Duke University and Albert Einstein College of Medicine–Montefiore, he combines advanced medical expertise with a warm, patient-centered approach.
In addition to treating injuries and musculoskeletal conditions, Dr. Okafor provides full-spectrum family medicine care, including annual wellness exams, preventive screenings, management of chronic conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure, and same-day sick visits. I showed up for my 8:30 AM appointment and the door was locked. I called the office phone number and they were unable to contact anyone related to the practice and eventually I left because there was no indication that the office would be available. The receptionist called me the day before to confirm my appointment and I receive emails and text messages confirming my appointment. Terrible experience and I will do everything I can to ensure no one else wastes their time with this provider.

First time @ the office & everything went smoothly. I feel like I was overly helped by the nurses & the doctor. The advice, the mannerisms, the professionalism was through the roof. Dr. Okafor makes sure to full articulate & explain everything he’s saying, while still asking questions to make sure he understands all needs that you as a patient, want met. Even tells you the price different in prescriptions you need, so he’s allowing you to save money while spending. That right there made me feel right @ home. Overall A+ experience

By far one of the best doctors visits I’ve had. The office is very spacious and clean. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming and Dr. Okafor is very knowledgeable and kind! He was able to answer any questions and concerns I had. Not once did I feel like the appointment was rushed. He takes his time with each and every patient and makes sure that any questions are answered. Definitely am making him my primary doctor!
