Wait time was longer than I expected. I arrived 15 minutes early and ended up waiting an hour before being seen by the doctor. They were also unaware that I booked both glasses and contacts exam. They also didn’t have any trials for my contacts and seemed like they had low stock at the moment for a lot of trial contacts not just my prescription. I also find LensCrafters to be more expensive than other places. I wish it was made known when booking on Zocdoc that this optometrist is in a LensCrafters. The doctor seemed very knowledge and good at administering the exam, but she did not address any root cause concerns for my eye fatigue.
