The receptionist REFUSED to use the ZocDoc which she referred to as a third party and she DID NOT HAVE ACCESS to. For me to leave a review that is written as a patient but also professional this is what I would state: The office staff is in DESPERATE need of HIPAA training. Implicit Bias Training - discussing that they are afraid of people reversing their bank transactions is a form of bias. Just because someone did that does not mean that I will, or even had that thought in my head. And I will not use your office again because the staff referred to today's patients as "crazies." - Thursday 7/17/2025 Are you one of them!?
