While the staff was friendly and courteous, the office was poorly equipped with basic diagnostic tests. Only XRay possible which has limited utility. No ultrasound or blood test available.

I made my appointment online and the process was simple. When I arrived the check in was prompt and I was seen in a timely manner. My visit was on a Sunday morning and met my needs. The entire staff worked as a team.

I made an appointment with this office the morning after I pulled a muscle in my back. I couldn’t comfortably sit or lay down and could hardly bend over at all. After waiting 30 minutes after my appointment time the PA came in for no more than 2 minutes, felt my back, assured me that back pain only gets worse with age, and then prescribed me ibuprofen and a muscle relaxer. After still being in excruciating pain later that evening I went to another office and was given shots to ease my pain which I wish this office would have done in the first place.

Once checked in I was not given a wait time. It was 10 minutes past my appointment so I asked how much longer and the front desk girl said 45 minutes to an hour! She never even communicated that to me upon checkin; otherwise, we would have left sooner. It happy at all!

The office printer system was down and I paid the copayment but I didn’t receive the receipt hard copy nor the email receipt. So I request the copy of receipt but then I was told they cannot generate the receipt at all.

Many appointment times available, even at the last minute. Easy to make an appointment and complete registration papers online ahead of time. Very short wait time. In and out very quickly-less than 30 minutes from the time I arrived! Nurse practitioner was great!

This is my go to Urgent Care. Staff is super knowledgeable and always very friendly. The office is clean and much bigger than it looks outside. Never had a bad experience here at this location. New appointment scheduling ZocDoc has some kinks. I would highly recommend to family and friends.

Allison at the front office, RN Merimosa and PA David were ALL absolutely AMAZING!!! Allison was so friendly when I arrived; it’s exactly what I needed being in so much pain. Merimosa took such good care of me as if I was her best friend. Allison and Merimosa even helped me out all the way to my car. David was quick, caring, kind and informative! I actually enjoyed this visit!!
