“The kindness and professionalism of the ladies who assisted with the registration process stood out, as I have visited other healthcare facilities where the staff lacked people skills and appropriate interactions with their customers. The office and exam room were clean and inviting, and the wait time to see a doctor was under an hour. The doctor was kind and patient when examining my granddaughter and was able to order the appropriate test to determine her ailment. Prescriptions were issued, and we were on our way all within an hour and a half. ”

I wasn't seen. I was told that this particular office didn't see any patients for car accidents when I called prior to making the appointment. It was a wasted trip.

Walked in greeted. Short waiting time. Dr. was thorough. I was diagnosed and recieved treatment. That's what I needed , and they delivered at Corewell Urgent Care. I have been here before, and always treated well as a patient.

Everyone was friendly, skilled, and respectful of my elderly father and me; as well as accommodating and helpful when I had to park slightly illegally, showed up late, and added a new appt time forgetting to cancel the original one.
