I've been to this location a few times and the main office is nice, but once I got back into the exam room it was FILTHY!!!! Dust balls and dirt and whatever all over the floor. Didn't look like it had been wiped down/cleaned in more than a few days. The bathroom in the hallway by exam rooms was dirty as well. That is NOT what you want to see in a medical facility. The nurse who checked me in lacked personal skills. The doctor I saw (Holly) was very good, listened to what I had to say, and ordered what I thought was a good treatment plan. She took time to do a thorough follow up with me after I had an xray. Because of this experience with the check in nurse and how dirty it was, I probably won't be going back to this location.

The PA or NP, not sure which she was, was very nice, but she prescribed an allergy medication and didn't even tell me. She told me 2 medications she was prescribing but never mentioned the allergy one. I was there for a bad cough/virus. And I already take allergy medication, which she obviously didn't read my chart or she would have seen! So taking what she prescribed woukd have been too much antihistamine! I paid for the medicine without realizing what it was until I got home so that was a waste. And the cough medicine she gave me was all OTC medicine, also containing an antihistamine, & didn't help at all.
This why I avoid urgent cares if at all possible. At least she did prescribe 1 medication that helped, but 1 out of 3? Not great. I probably won't go back there.

The receptionists made it clear that I should register on my phone.
The nurse was calm, took my vitals and had me ready for the PA to look at my wound ( she had me soak my finger in warm soapy water for a few minutes before the PA came in)
The PA was awesome!!
She inspected my wound, asked how it happened, & stopped the bleeding right away!
She also asked if I wanted an x ray to see if it hit the bone- i had it and was relieved that it did not hit the bone. She showed me how to wrap it ,care for it & gave me a few supplies to change the bandage at home.
I am extremely grateful for everyone at Corwell Urgent care!!

I’ve been here before and it was fine but yesterday I went for an ear infection and the doctor shoved the tool deep into my ears. The ear that doesn’t have an infection hurt after that, and the ear with the infection instantly got worse. I could at least hear out of it prior but after she did that it’s been swollen to the point that i can’t hear out of it.

I made an appointment ahead of time and filled out the forms online as well. After arriving, I had to fill out the same forms and then did not see a doctor until about 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. The doctor was nice enough, but I felt somewhat rushed and didn't feel checked out super thoroughly. The office staff were also generally friendly

I was greeted by a friendly smile at the front check-in and they already had my information uploaded. I waited in a quiet area with water available, The waiting area was clean and bright. The nurse who took my vitals and the nurse practitioner who examined me were both efficient and kind. My prescriptions were sent directly to the pharmacy and ready for pick-up within the hour. I could not have asked for better service.
