I had a disappointing experience at this urgent care location. The office staff was not very inviting or professional, which made an already stressful visit even more uncomfortable. While the nurse was polite, I felt that more thorough information on how to manage my symptoms would have been helpful. Providing a hard copy or even an email summary of care instructions would go a long way in improving the patient experience. Unfortunately, I left feeling uncertain about the next steps in my recovery. I hope they consider improving communication and patient support in the future.

I have used the Urgent Care a few times and it’s clean, the staff is friendly, professional, and skilled. Book an appointment is easy and wait time is minimal. Thankful they are there for me.

Horrible office staff! We were told that it didn’t matter that we made an appointment, because they don’t go by appointments. They “go by the order patients arrive so there was no point in scheduling.” -front desk. The lady was so rude and said it would be “several hours” before we would be seen. We ended up leaving and going to Henry ford urgent care across the street. 0/10! Horrible service!!

The front desk staff was very nice but that’s the only positive thing I can say about the Beaumont Urgent Care.
I was in visible pain with an abnormal walk, every step was excruciatingly painful and no one offered any assistance.
When I went back to the exam room, the aid took my vitals and a few months later the doctor/physician came in. I explained my pain and what happened and she didn’t offer any type of advice. She didn’t examine my legs where the pain was located, didn’t assess my walking, didn’t test my mobility or flexibility. She did absolutely nothing.
They spent less than 2 minutes with me and offered no solutions or ways to mitigate the pain. At the end I asked for muscle relaxants and she wrote me a prescription but I had to ask.
She then said if the pain persisted to visit my PCP or to get an xray or ultrasound but they don’t offer there.
It was a waste of my time and I should have gone to the Henry Ford urgent care across the street. My advice, go elsewhere.
