the doctor searched up the condition i suggested to him that I had been suffering from on his computer screen, turned the screen to me, and read it to me word for word. What was read was nothing more than what anyone could find by simply googling or using WebMD. Afterwards, I was billed a significant extra amount for no reason (here, the application of the specific billing code is clearly incorrect), which I now have to deal with disputing. This is my first and last time with this doctor.

I was quite disappointed with this visit. I underwent a test, but I never received the results from the doctor, even though he said he would call me.
At the beginning of the appointment, the first question he asked was whether I came in for an annual exam. I told him I didn’t, but he continued to bring it up later in the conversation.

Wonderful !!!I have and amazing experience all the way, this app is very helpful and convenient, and the Doctors that they recommend are very knowledgeable and friendly, honestly everyone is being great.

Excellent experience with the entire staff at Dr. Chen's office, from check in to check out. I really appreciated Dr. Chen's thorough examination, which included both physical and mental health, and explanations through every step of the process even though it was a routine annual exam. I don't particularly enjoy going to the doctor, but Dr. Chen and his staff's friendliness and professionalism made this a great visit.

This is the best doctors experience I have ever had! Dr. Chen spent his time with me, assessing not only physical health, but mental health too. He acknowledged and answered all of my concerns. He spent time talking about ways to limit stress and anxiety in my life. I called my mom right after because I was so in awe of how good he was. I can’t recommend him enough. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. 10/10 experience.

Doctor Chen was great and so kind. I couldn’t have asked for a better PCP experience. The nurse or technician who checked me in and took my medical history was another story. So rude, short tempered and not even one smile. I can normally deal with that but I just felt that could’ve been improved.
