When it comes to baseball, he is a diehard White Sox fan, which fills his life with grief, but he has been quoted as saying “I cannot change who I am.” Dr. Jacoby enjoys spending time with his three children, coaching their baseball and t-ball teams, and staying active with outdoor cycling and Peloton classes. He has recently lost 75 pounds, and he openly shares his health journey with patients to inspire and support them. Dr. Jacoby is also a lifelong musician, having played piano, cello, baritone horn and guitar and bass, and he continues to explore his love for music by playing guitar and attending concerts.
