My favorite part of my job is partnering with patients to keep them doing the things they love. I believe in being a resource for my patients to not just recover from sickness but optimize their health with the whole person in mind. I treat bone, joint or muscle pain or injuries, tendinitis sprains and strains , concussion management, sports cardiology, and sports asthma and provide sports physicals. I perform ultrasound -guided injections and injections for pain. Additionally, I council on exercise and nutrition along with scuba evaluation and outdoor/backcountry wilderness medicine and disaster preparedness.
