What should a new client know about working with you?

I am gifted at balancing my direct, no-nonsense approach with more gentle support when needed. My clients frequently tell me I helped them feel comfortable expressing themselves openly right from the start. Feeling safe is vital to achieving lasting change. I use my humor and my compassion to connect with my clients, and often find that the inevitable tough moments are balanced by our laughter.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe that therapy is more successful when you have found the right fit in a therapist. That is why I start with a 30-minute free consultation. During the consultation, I will go over my background and find out more about you and your goals. If it feels like the right fit, we will book your first therapy session.
