About Dr. Courtney Williams
Dr. Courtney Williams is a chiropractor at MyoCore – Medical City Las Colinas, specializing in helping veterans, athletes, and everyday adults move better and hurt less. A retired U.S. Army veteran, he understands how pain, old injuries, and demanding lifestyles can limit work, training, and family life.
Dr. Williams is active and rehab-focused, using a hands-on, evidence-based approach—no gimmicks. Patients see him for back pain, neck pain, and joint pain, as well as sports and overuse injuries. He combines chiropractic adjustments, myofascial work, dry needling, cupping, and targeted rehab/exercise therapy to reduce pain, restore function, and build long-term resilience.
At your first visit, you can expect a detailed history, movement assessment, and exam, followed by a clear explanation of what’s going on and, most importantly, same-day treatment. Most patients leave with simple home exercises so they know exactly how to help themselves between visits.
Dr. Williams earned his Doctor of Chiropractic and Master’s in Strength and Human Performance from Parker University, after completing a B.S. in Kinesiology (Pre-PT) at Texas A&M University–San Antonio and an A.A. in Kinesiology from Palo Alto College. He is also certified in dry needling and is a certified personal trainer, with extensive experience working with athletes and active adults.
Outside the clinic, he enjoys fitness, traveling, and spending time with his two sons and close friends. His philosophy is simple:

At my first consult with Dr. Williams, he was knowledgeable, kind, and very professional about how he handled my body/limbs. His sense of humor and character really shines when he has to maybe put you in an awkward physical position lol. Highly recommended.

I came into MyoCore Clinic in Las Colinas and met with Dr. Williams after struggling with sciatica and hip pain. From the very first visit, Dr. Williams was patient, professional, and incredibly informative. He took the time to thoroughly explain what was causing my pain and created a clear plan of action for treatment.
I’ve been going weekly and I’m proud to say I am now pain free. I’ve never been treated with such care and attention—he truly listens and ensures you understand every step of your treatment.

Let me just say—Dr. Williams is amazing. I walked in feeling all kinds of tight, stiff, and honestly over it. The office vibe was calm and welcoming, and everything moved quick. No long wait, no weird energy.
Dr. Williams actually listened to what I had going on instead of just rushing through the appointment. He explained everything in a way that made sense, and the adjustment? Perfect. I walked out feeling lighter, more relaxed, and way better than I expected.
What I really liked is that he didn’t try to push extra stuff or make it feel like a sales pitch. He took his time, checked in to make sure I was good, and the whole thing felt personal, not generic.
If you need a chiropractor who knows what they’re doing and actually cares, go see Dr. Williams. Highly recommend.

I saw Courtney Williams at MyoCore – Medical City Las Colinas, and he gave me one of the best full adjustments I’ve had in a long time. Head to toe, he dialed in every tight spot and had me walking out feeling relieved, relaxed, and straight-up great.
He knows exactly what he’s doing — professional, skilled, and actually listens before he works. If your body’s been talking back, go see him. You’ll feel the difference the moment you stand up off that table.
