About Dr. Craig Clifford

Attention: You will receive a phone call upon booking your appointment, please be sure to include your phone number for proper outreach. Dr. Clifford completed his residency training at the Franciscan Foot and Ankle Institute in Washington, where he later served as Director of Residency Training. During his teaching tenure, he received multiple honors including Clinician of the Year, Instructor of the Year, and Outstanding Teaching Award. In 2020, he was named Physician of the Year by the Washington State Podiatric Medical Association. Though highly trained in advanced surgical techniques, Dr. Clifford came to recognize that most foot and ankle surgery can be avoided with appropriate conservative care. In 2022, he left his successful high-volume surgical practice to focus on expanding patient access to cutting-edge nonsurgical treatment—though he continues to perform surgery when necessary, utilizing the latest advancements in minimally invasive techniques. Dr. Clifford understands that there is no "one size fits all" solution in medicine, and every patient deserves an individualized, evidence-based approach, not a generic treatment plan.

Dr. Clifford was a very thorough, pofessional and made a huge difference in the treatment of my ankle pain. He explained what was likely causing the issue, shared a few treatment options, and then made a recommendation for what we should try first. I felt heard and respected during the appointment and he was very attentive to all of my concerns. The clinic where he practices also had a warm and welcoming environment. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for their services.
I went to see Dr. Clifford for a few chronic warts on my toes. He was so nice throughout the whole procedure. It was quick and while it did hurt he was an excellent coach through the pain and made it extra quick to try and ease the discomfort. He also gave me an ointment to use afterwards. I have had these warts since childhood and I'm in my late 20s and they have not reappeared since the treatment over a year ago. Thank you Dr. Clifford!
