“My problem is not with the provider. It is, however with ZocDoc. I made an appointment successfully, ZocDoc confirmed and sent me a bunch of follow up emails and texts regarding my appointment. Yet, when I show up, the office knows nothing about me. Never heard of me nor my appointment. Ended up having to call another office directly to schedule. I had to speak with someone on the phone. The ZocDoc system failed in this case. ”

About Dr. Craig Washington
Dr. Washington earned his undergraduate degree in Public and Private Sector Organizations from Brown University in Providence, RI. He went on to receive his Medical Degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN. He completed his internship training in Internal Medicine at Mount Auburn Hospital in Cambridge, MA, a Harvard Medical School affiliated teaching hospital.
He has a special interest in primary care with an emphasis on preventive care through lifestyle modification with a whole patient approach. Dr. Washington enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, reading, as well as traveling.

Horrible! I arrived at the office only to be told that the Doctor hasn’t worked there for past two month and the office’s appointment system and Zocdoc do not communicate. I took off work for nothing! Extremely dissatisfied .

The Office staff were exceptionally nice and professional. The Doctor that I seen were able to assist me in my check up appointment. For a person new to the state of Maryland, I can say that this office, staff and Doctor did an amazing job when it came to scheduling my appointment, filling out new patient forms and able to get me in within a very reasonable time with little waiting. I appreciate the professionalism and will continue my support with this staff/office.

I feel real comfortable choosing Dr. Washington as my primary care doctor he made me feel very comfortable. He listened and understand all of my medical issues he made me feel very confident when I left his office that all of my medical issues will be taken care of. This was my first visit at Dr. Washington's office. I was surprised because every single person in his office were very friendly and made me feel like I was a long time friend. I was seen almost immediately with kindness. Dr. Washington came to my room immediately. He was professional and convincing. He was so clear and professional that I decided to take the Corona Virus vaccination after the results of my physical is completed. Most importantly for me is that he listened and allowed me to be a part of my medical treatments. I think I have found my PCP.
