About Dr. Cristin Wafer
Growing up in the Katy area, Dr. Wafer took an interest in sports early in life. After graduating from Taylor High School, she went on to Baylor University on a softball scholarship. While pitching for Baylor and experiencing the benefit of chiropractic on injuries, she chose to follow in her father's footsteps and become a chiropractor. She received a B.B.A. in accounting from Baylor while also obtaining all of her pre-medicine requirements for chiropractic college. Dr. Wafer attended Texas Chiropractic College and graduated as Salutatorian in August of 2010. While at TCC she went on rotation through Rice University and had the privilege to treat athletes from all different sports ranging from football and baseball to swimming and tennis. Dr. Wafer will add various soft tissue techniques and acupuncture to the practice.

Dr. Wafer is an extremely friendly & nice person. she was so patient with me and took a long time with me going over my conditions & and my history of chronic pain. she compared my old x-rays to the new ones. she explained in length how she would approach my individual issues.
after I mentioned to her that I was unable to handle hard manipulation to my neck & lower back, she used her hands to check my back & spine. I was stiff as a board.
then she gently, yet forcefully enough to stretch my joints and muscles. she stretched my entire spinal column from top of my neck down to the sacrum, all the while using a clicking device to move the disk in my spinal column.
i was given heat and vibration therapy. afterward, i couldn't believe the relief I felt after manipulation & heat therapy. I have been seeing chiropractors for 47 years now and have never experienced this type of instant relief.
I'm looking forward to getting long-term relief and will adhere to my program as prescribed.
