Getting to know Dr. Dahlia Topolosky

My goal is to provide a warm and nonjudgmental space where children, adolescents, and adults can discover their unique strengths and find meaning in their lives. I integrate a variety of techniques including person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and expressive arts to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and anger management. As a trained clinical and school psychologist with a Doctor of Psychology from Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University and internship experience at Pleasantville Union Free School District, I am able to assess children with learning and behavioral disorders and determine the best ways for them to learn optimally. I work collaboratively with parents to teach positive parenting skills and build healthy relationships with their children.
