She is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Dermatology at USC, teaching dermatology residents a wide range of surgical and cosmetic techniques and was recognized by USC with an outstanding teaching award. Dr. Kang is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. Skin conditions of any kind can cause anxiety, insecurity, and frustration. With that understanding, Dr. Kang works with each patient to devise the best treatment plan for his or her individual needs. She understands that some patients favor a conservative approach while others are eager to try the newest medications. Dr. Kang keeps current on the latest research by regularly attending the Fall Clinical Dermatology Conference. Having a particular interest in aesthetics, Dr. Kang views cosmetic dermatology as an art. In Dr. Kang’s hands, no two patients receive exactly the same treatment. Like a piece of her, each patient’s beauty is unique. She is highly experienced in many cosmetic techniques, including Botox, fillers, and lasers.
