He did his job. Going step by step with my treatment. Surgery is a last option even though he is a surgeon!!! Yay!!! I have more appointments to come so I gave the 4 star recommended probably option, hopefully after getting to know him better as a doctor I'll be giving him 5 stars. It took 30 mins to be taken to the back because the paperwork took that long.
Very professional establishment. Really appreciate all of interactions from the check in to check out.
Very kind and courteous staff and Dr was good.
Place was clean, we did have to wait for a bit - 30min or so. Doctor was fine. Would go back.
He's the best!
He knew the diagnosis right away and took action.
The staff and doc were wonderful.
Clinical & competent, but with a friendly & respectful delivery. Thorough, assuring and will not "upsell" a service, therapy or pharmaceutical.
overall great office and great time. The wait time was a pretty ridiculous but it's a new office so hopefully that will improve.
I had a great first experience there. Everyone had a good attitude. It wasn't crowded and I didn't have to wait long to be taken to the back, and for the doctor to come see me. In the future, whenever I need an orthopedic doctor, I'll be sure to make an appointment with Dr. Hampton!
Dr. Hampton was fantastic, as were all the technicians and office staff. I would highly recommend them!
I appreciated Dr. Hamilton professional attitude and approach to reviewing my medical case. His questions were on point, and he advised me of the steps that should be taken for my knee condition. I would recommend Dr. Hampton as a fully qualified, board certified and caring orthopaedic surgeon.
It was greate !!
Very detailed. Answered all questions. Very comfortable setting.
Very knowledgeable of his craft and informative.
I appreciate Dr. Hampton so very much for providing excellent surgical care. I now have to remind myself I had reconstruction surgery 7 months ago on my ACL! My recovery has been nothing short of miraculous! The entire staff supporting Dr. Hampton is outstanding. Kind and efficient. I'm so grateful to be strong on my feet today. Thank you!
He diagnosed the issue and recommended the right treatment.
Everyone is so professional and sweet .. AMY-office manager is the best same with the receptionist... GREATTT TEAM
First visit today. Office staff very friendly and professional. I was seen very quickly. Doctor Hampton was attentive, listened to my questions, quickly diagnosed and gave me options. I am happy I chose this doctor and this group.
Everyone was polite and professional.
I used Dr Hampton when he was in the Alexandria office and I was very happy. So happy that I followed him to Woodbridge, he knows what to do and how to treat patients like they matter . Dr Hampton and the whole office staff are great !!
he has the compassion of an alligator. I finally found a good doctor who actually listened to me. I had a shoulder impingement. This doc just looked at me, told me I had "frozen shoulder" and said I would "just have to live with it" for the next year to 18 months. I was in agony. He never did an MRI, just "looked" (barely) at my shoulder. He was just there to collect his money from the insurance carrier. Period.
As always, I was seen quickly and received great care.
Pleasant bed side manner. Uses a conservative approach to care rather than just jumping in to the need for invasive treatment modalities or surgery. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful.
Pain in right shoulder. Diagnosed as rotator cuff injury. Dr gave me a cortisone shot. Sent for physical therapy which really helped.
very respectful guy
Very thorough, knowledgeable, gave clear explanation for my problem and how to handle it. Good listener and responsive to my concerns. Glad I saw him
It was excellent. He took the time to clearly explain everything.
Great office lousy doctor
I thought my visit with Dr. Hampton was a GOOD one, but it was my first visit so I do not know much about him as of yet. So far the visit was GOOD and he answered my question GREAT, and I had a GOOD feeling about him.
This ortho doc immensely improved my daily quality of life with pain remediation/management. Personable in contrast to many doctors I've dealt with w/ over several decades in the military and civilian sectors. Thanks Doc Hampton. Have a great year and keep up the great professionalism and work. Hooah!
It went great
He came into the room and got straight to the point. My face to face encounter with him lasted 4 minutes. I am accustom to at least 15 minute encounters with other specialist. Dr. Hampton, FYI, when you do this it only makes you look like you're in it for the money. Can't wait to see my bill.
Went well. Took awhile...because office was very busy. Everyone was pleasant. Worth the wait.
Very nice, very professional Doctor. Very nice, very professional office staff. Made for a very pleasant visit.
I appreciated the time Dr. Hampton gave to thoroughly explain the issues with my knee from the MRI and recommendations and options for treatment. Friendly and good listener.
I feel Dr. Hampton could have had a much better bed side manner. Very reluctant to answer questions and when he did they were only one word answers.
Dr. Hampton himself was very nice but the wait to see him was ridiculous. I was running late and arrived 5 minutes before my appointment--they were not kidding about having 20 minutes of paperwork to do as a new patient! Given all the paperwork, I figured my appointment time would be slightly delayed, but I ended up waiting almost TWO HOURS to be seen, so make sure you're on time.
Went very smooth considering I was a new patient. Made appt three hrs before. Was looking for an appt same day and zocdoc was awesome. I didn't have to call around.
Thorough, talked to my teenager in a way she could understand, gave us all the time we needed to ask questions
Very thorough and effecient. Sounds cold, but Dr. Hampton immediately addressed the issues at hand and made recommendations based on my symptoms. His method is to treat surgery as a last resort. Rare to find that quality in a professional that does surgery for a living! Highly recommended!
Other than the wait, which I expected, the process was very high tech and smooth.
I highly recommend this office. Dr Hampton and staff are excellent and you can tell they have a love for what they do.
Ever been on time for your appointment and then waited an hour for the doctor? Not at this office! Waiting room was half full, I waited about 20 minutes while filling out those forms then was called to the exam room. Dr Hampton was efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. He worked with me on a treatment plan for my injury.
Dr. Hampton was exceptionally professional, caring, and helpful during my appointment today. He listened to me regarding the history of the injury, current complaint, and my desire for future resolution. He took the time to review my MRI with me and explained the damage done by the injury (current and previous). He came up with a sound treatment and re-evaluation plan to meet my short and long term healthcare objectives. I am active duty military and was referred to Greater Metropolitan Orthopaedic, and after today's appointment with Dr Hampton I am very happy with the referral and could not be more confident or pleased with the level of care I received. I would also like to point out that the same professionalism exhibited by Dr Hampton was displayed by the entire team at Greater Metro Orthopaedics. I enthusiastically recommend both Dr Hampton and the Greater Metro Orthopaedic.
Competent, but condescending when I was talking about my Internet research. I'm not an idiot, but he made me feel like one. Otherwise, no better or worse than any other doctor.
